Introduction

Ashley joined 33 Bedford Row as Senior Family Clerk in September 2023, following from his previous role as Deputy Senior Clerk at another specialist family team. He has been clerking since 2010, is a member of the IBC and was awarded the John Carter Student of the year award in 2014 for his achievements during the IBC Chambers administration course.

He is responsible for the management of the members’ diaries, assignment of cases and agreeing fees. He also works closely with his team to ensure a first class service to clients and assists with development of Barrister’s practices and the vision of the family team.

Ashley has been praised for his attitude and work ethic amongst members of Chambers, as well as maintaining a reputation with solicitors for his helpful and understanding approach to matching the correct Counsel to the correct case.
